Trung Tin Food Manufacturing Girdle Cake (Rice paper)-located in Cu Chi province, Ho Chi Minh City - was established in 1991 to consolidate the operation of the trade village with an assembly line of 500 bake house and 1000 villager-laborers. Our output is 500 tons per year. First the factory was only 1000 m² large, and there are 60 workers doing quality control and packing goods to export. Up to 1998, we first researched and develop a new girdle product – super thin and soft girdle made from Tapioca starch, and all of these were made by hand.

In 2002, we set up the second factory with 10.000 m² land to invest and install 2 systems of industrialized bake house with high quality Girdle Cake processing, which can produce girdle cake with equal thinness and thickness and have the output of 1000 tons per year.

In 2004, we continue to set up the third factory with 10.000 m² land, which raise our total area to 20000m². In this factory, there are 5 processing lines so that we can meet demands of 2000 tons export per year currently with diversifying all of kinds to Taiwan, EU, US, Canada, Australia, Japan, Korea…

To keep our stable status in the market and to improve competition, we have efforts to invest in purchasing machinery used to check metal concentration before packing, meet the demand of food safety with high quality of customers. About human resource, we have policy to train our workers to get competent technical skill to meet our clients’ demands. In the other hand, we want to consolidate our prestige to have best revenue in domestic and abroad market. We must prepair all procedure very clearly now, including processing, quality, quantity and competitive price to obtain clients faith, you will have peace of mind to order. At the moment, we produce the girdle with machinery with numerous output, especially square girdle cake 90% of rice as our clients demand, particularly the ones from EU, and super thin and soft girdle made from 100% Tapioca starch exported to USA…, which are our specific products.

Despite the high demand for girdle cake which is made of machinery, we try to remain and develop the hand-made one such as rice girdle cake 31cm to 32cm ¼ thick, 28cm to 22cm thick so that our clients who used girdle cake commonly can accepted easily because the price of these kinds of girdle cake is always lower than that of the ones made by machinery. Our plan is to increase the output to 3000 tons per year.

We are producer of girdle cake used to make steamed rolls rice pancake ravioli and baked, one of Vietnamese traditional cuisine. And we are also producer of Rice noodle, noodle with seasoned and saute beef (served hot and with other ingredents), rice vermicelli, Chinese vernicelli, fine noodles, peziza and a lots kinds of girdle cake, such as: black sesame, white sesame, shrimp-sesame etc...
