We are producer of girdle cake which made of rice from Mekong Delta. This is a kind of steamed rolls rice pancake ravioli and baked, one of Vietnamese traditional cuisine. And we are producer of Rice noodle,noodle with seasoned and saute beef( served hot and with other ingredents), rice vermicelli, Chinese vernicelli, fine noodles, peziza and a lots kinds of girdle cake, such as: black sesame, white sesame, shrimp-sesame with deversified measures: diameter of 31-28-22-18-16 cm.

Rice is soaked about 3hours before grinding
--> grinding rice  --> Straining powder (reject mixture refining powder)

--> Soaking powder --> Squeezing powder (rejecting sour substances)

--> Sterilizing microorganism by using ultra-violet ray --> Processing rice paper  --> Drying in the sun (using bamboo grill) to get good taste and smell

- Using wind to dry indoor and cutting shape --> Quality control- Packing.
